Refund Policy

Cancel any time

The ZoneEdu membership is a rolling plan at $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year. You can cancel from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access open until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email billing@zoneedu.com from your account address with the date and amount of the charge.

How refunds are handled

We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law in your country, including any right to withdraw from a digital services contract before you begin using it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — it is usually faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
