Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Zoneedu, the seller and operator of the ZoneEdu website and digital library. By creating an account or using ZoneEdu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

ZoneEdu provides access to a digital library of trading education delivered through an online reader. The library grows and changes over time; individual titles may be added, revised or withdrawn.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal to one reader and may not be shared or resold.

4. Membership and billing

Membership costs $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may read library content for your own personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, scrape or bulk-download materials, remove notices, or use automated tools to extract content. Accounts used to redistribute content may be suspended.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding and design on ZoneEdu is owned by ZoneEdu or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your membership grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to read, not ownership of any material.

7. Educational content only

ZoneEdu provides educational content only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, trading or legal advice. Trading financial markets involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoneEdu is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided on an "as available" basis.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users. You may close your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the revised date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance.
